The H. Clay and Wavie M. Presnell foundation is a private foundation dedicated to assisting non profit organizations. The normal grant cycle ends November 15th annually, with funds being disbursed by December 31st. On occasion, the Board is asked to consider emergency requests. Emergency funding is defined as a critical, unplanned, short-term need of an agency which addresses critical human needs. It is suggested that before applying for an emergency grant, the non-profit discuss the grant request with a Board member.
