The H. Clay and Wavie M. Presnell Foundation, Inc. has assisted many non-profits in making a difference in the lives of those they serve.




We invest in non-profits for a brighter future.

Founded in 2004 by Wavie Presnell in honor of her late husband Clay Presnell, The H. Clay and Wavie Presnell Foundation is a Randolph County private foundation dedicated to assisting educational, religious and recreational/cultural charities. Past recipients of grant funds include: Seagrove Public Library, Randolph Pregnancy Care Clinic, Faith and Vision, Christians United, Inc., and Habitat for Humanity. To date, the Foundation has distributed over $926,000 to deserving organizations across central North Carolina.

We help in primarily in Randolph County and in other rural communities.

Because of our commitment to the citizens of Randolph County and surrounding areas within North Carolina, our focus is local citizens and the rural communities in which they reside. We enjoy assisting smaller non-profits realize their goals of serving the under-served and unserved within their client base.
